Timeline jumps to the end when selecting Transitions? 2019
So, this is something new in 2019 and it really makes no sense. When I am editing the timeline and decide to insert or change a transition at a certain point, and then click on Transitions Folder, the timeline jumps all the way to the end. This occurs when switching from the content folder to the Transition folder. It does not move the Line Cursor position to the end. The line cursor stays where it was. It is just the timeline that goes to the end. This is very frustrating and makes no sense. Why would VS do this? It forces you to have to scroll back to where you wanted to insert the transition, and you cannot add a transition to the end of the timeline anyway, so why would it jump there when you select the transition folder?

Hi

It is an issue affecting 2019, you should report this to Corel Support
I get a slightly different result when selecting the A/B transition.
My cursor moves to the beginning of the clip but the timeline view remains the same allowing me to add a transition
I guess different lenght of clip may give different results

Okay. I did not realize it was a glitch, I thought it might just be some new setting. I too have had the same symptom you have where it jumps back to the beginning, but it is not frequent and I have not figured out exactly what causes it. Is there a feedback form where I can report this issue?lata wrote:Hi

Already went there, but could not find a place to send feedback. Just had Call or Chat options. I guess I could do that, but I hate talking to CS Rep robots, that make you jump through a bunch of hoops before you can get anywhere.lata wrote:Hi
