I've already tried solutions for 4K and Window 10, and adjusting properties in PSP itself.
Seems that everything else is size scalable/adjustable - BUT the rulers!
Does anyone have any new suggestions?

PSP 2020 - rulers still too small, can't see
I upgraded form 2018 hoping the teenty-tiny rulers had been fixed. NOT!
I've already tried solutions for 4K and Window 10, and adjusting properties in PSP itself.

Welcome to the forum... And I can only agree with you, since I have not found a way around this. The rulers on my 32" 4K monitor are just so tiny as to be absolutely useless. I leave them switched off as an unnecessary distraction. Thankfully the sort of work I do with images means I seldom need them, but I recognize their value to other users.
