User experience with 2019 has been very varied - some complain of regular crashes, some of them silent (it just closes, no messages etc), bugs remain unfixed, some of them self-induced and carried over from 2018 and yet others have had a reasonable performance with the latest sp3 incorporated.

I was advised late last year the a 2019 sp4 was in the work plan but the advisor did not know if it would happen. Strong encouragement provided to execute it, to remedy if possible and in part the poor reputation the version has gained for performance failures. But 2020 is due tomorrow and no sp4 yet, so I'm doubting that it will happen: fixing issues in the past version(s) is not corel's strong point.
