Created BD freezes

I am having some difficulty with the BDs I am making in the Share tab of VS2018. When I play the BD (and I have tried 2 different Blu-ray players) the home screen freezes. To make the disc, here are the steps I have taken. First, edit individual video clips and create an m2t completed video for each topic. Then I author 4 – 12 edited m2t videos, and burn an ISO file. (For some reason I cannot burn directly to BD… I get a message that “burner is already in use”, so this is a work-around.) Finally, I burn from ISO disc image to a Blu-ray disc. When I play the disc, it freezes on the Home Screen.

Any suggestions as to the cause? Is there other BD Authoring software that will work better?
