I assume you mean HEVC and the Microsoft HEVC extension... I also assume you have installed that extension. However, your Profile gives no idea of what kind of computer you have and its Properties. For HEVC it has to be a fairly powerful Kaby Lake processor or preferably later, and other aspects of your computer architecture. Have you made sure your computer matches? Can you tell us some more about your computer, please?
I'm also not sure what you mean by "In the previous version..." What do you mean by that? And was it with the same computer?
If your computer doesn't match the physical requirements for HEVC, usually you will get the sort of message you apparently have received, telling you something is missing....
Thank you very much for your answer.
When I wrote the previous version of WIN 10 I meant the latest with all updates. Having the system image restored to the previous one.
I don't know what's going on but changing e.g.
from 16:9 or from 4:3 "thumbnails" and the movie becomes visible.
I wonder if these frequent changes will not affect the quality of the material?
Hi
If the original files have been deleted, moved or re-named the program will loose those files which show in Black and White on the timeline
When you click to select the clips that show as Black and White do you get a message to Re-link the clip?
The original location will show on the re-link panel
Now browse to locate the files on your hard drive

Refresh and return occurs after a change, e.g. 4: 3 or 16: 9.
I wonder if the project done in small resolutions before conversion change to the intended e.g. 4K?
Because I must admit that the program closes unexpectedly very often. The errors in the log are different. I also have a problem and the computer is very fast
that the program waits long after issuing a command, task, pasting "transition".
