Has anyone had a remote session with Corel to fix a problem that involves corrupt files that will not let PSP Pro install? Or a remote session with Corel for any other problem with PSP?
thanks

Re: Remote session
I would never allow Corel to acces my computer for any Corel related problem or otherwise. Ever.
I contacted them once, because my newly purchased PSP X8 wouldn't install.
They wanted me to download Winaudit
I have heard that this is an often used "advise" and it provides information about your system that Corel had no need of knowing.
I refused and requested an alternative advise.
In the end I had to download X8 again and it installed without problems.
So nothing wrong with my computer.

Furthermore they wanted me to run msinfo32, a Windows tool that does a similar thing.WinAudit is an inventory utility for Windows computers. It creates a comprehensive report on a machine's configuration, hardware, and software
