Cannot install PSP Pro 2020 Ultimate

Hi everyone...
just wondering if anyone has had this problem and if so, how to fix it.

I tried to Install PSP Pro 2020 Ultimate. At eh end of the install the following pops up: the code execution cannot proceed because msvcp140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

I uninstalled PSP and installed again. Same message comes up. I then uninstalled PSP and ran the PSP cleanup tool. The reinstalled again. Same message.
Tech support is not at all helpful.

Please let me know if anyone has had this issue.

Try redownloading a new copy of the the program from your link. If you have a bad copy downloaded reinstalling won't improve it.

Download and install the latest "Visual C ++ Redistributable package" from Microsoft.
