Previously, in PSP 2019, I could grab any window and move it straight away.
Now in PSP 2020, only the window with focus can be moved in this way. If I try to drag another window, it just sits there. So if I want to move 10 windows, I have to click on each one first, release, and then I'm allowed to move it. It's time-consuming and frustrating. Might not sound like a bit deal, but when you move windows a lot it gets annoying really quickly.
This is contrary to most Windows programs, and common sense. Was this an unintended change? Can it be fixed please?
Examples:
Create two images, might look like this:

Select the window on the left (click where the mouse appears above).
Now click and drag on the title of the right (green) window:

The window gets selected, but it does NOT move. See above, I clicked at the start of the red arrow and moved in the direction of the arrow, but the window didn't move
Can others confirm this behaviour at their end?
Thanks.
Support experience
I tried reporting this issue to support, but it was by far the worst support experience I've ever had. This is a minor behavioural issue in PSP 2020. I presume it's the same for everyone. Yet support just kept sending stock-standard replies such as "Reinstall", "Clear your cache", "Install Update 1" etc. None of which are relevant here. I asked whether they could confirm that they could replicate the issue at their end, but even after a direct question their replies NEVER acknowledged a single word I'd said. Not once. You could completely replace my side of the "conversation" with anything and it would read the same. I got about half a dozen replies without any relevant content. I asked to speak to someone else but this too was not acknowledged. Then they offered to access my computer remotely. There's no way I was letting them do that when they couldn't even acknowledge the issue I'd reported in any way. Presumably they would just reinstall, clear the cache, etc and otherwise cause unnecessary havoc. I gave up on support in the end. I will only report issues here now.
It was request number 5704835 if anyone at Corel wants to review it.
