This worked before:
1. Insert clip to time line and select.
2. Open Sub Title Editor.
3. Select Text format for export
4. Set scan parameters
5. Scan
6. Save to SRT
When I import the created SRT I get ? instead of text.
Had no problem in the past. It seems as though it cannot get the text
