NewBlue Audio effect
I am trying to reduce noise using NewBlue in VideoStudio Ultimate 2018, but it doesn't work and Videostudio just shuts down on me. I assume that this is because it cannot find the relevant programs. What do I do?

If the filter is listed than it should be in here

Assuming you have the folders indicated by Adi, please explain exactly what are you doing when VS shuts down, The New blue audio filters work correctly

What type of video clips are you using.
I can add Audio Filters to MP4 and Mov with no crashes and seems to work
I cannot add filters to my MTS files using Digital Dolby, shows the Not Allowed/no entry symbol?

Thanks all for your responses. I had not used Videostudio much in the past year. However, when I started looking at some of your suggestions, I discovered that I had 2019 version installed but was still using the 2018 software. I tried the same editing with the 2019 version and had no trouble.
