Windows 10 no longer 'see's PSP 2020 for file associations!

Windows 10 no longer 'see's PSP 2020 for file associations!
I didn't change anything, honest! But now it's broken all the format associations. I reset them in file/preference in PSP 2020 but Windows 10 still won't show it in 'default apps' list for Photo Viewer! Gaaah! Can anyone help me get back to a sane world!?

1) Locate the file you want to open in windows explorer
2) Right click an select 'Properties'
3) On the 'General' tab there is an option to change the program it opens with
4) Click the 'Change' button and look for PSP 2020
5) Make sure to check 'always use this app to open this type of file'
Alternatively you may be able to do it from within PSP is you start it with a right click and select 'Run as administrator'

No problems here on Windows 10.
