Rogue single frame issue

Post by lawgiver_ape »

I wonder if anyone else has encountered an odd glitch that i’ve experienced on the last two verses of VS:

Sometimes, if I delete a clip from the timeline it will leave one single frame behind which is then really hard to pinpoint and cut out.

It doesn’t happen very often but out of the last three projects I’ve cut, I’ve had the problem twice. It’s extremely frustrating as it takes forever to locate the errant frame and get rid of it.

Hi
Yes this has been reported in the past by only a few users therefore very rare to see this, and usually a long way up the timeline effectively making the project longer than should be.

I believe the single frame did not react like a normal clip, cannot really explain the difference but i think I had to increase the size before i could delete
It was a long time ago.

You do not say which version of Video Studio you are using.

and no we did not find a reason for this anomaly so have no idea how to replicate or fix this.
The older reports were one offs, but if you can replicate does it occur on particular types of clips, audio, Video, Images, you did not say?
