Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Really, Corel? Is it so expensive, to keep a file or redirect on the server for 5 or 10 years?

Anyway -
I have stored this file locally and have made a button, that shows me the file locally using a script.
Does anyone know if the above Path is "wired" somewhere in the registry so that I can change it / redirect it to my own location?

Hmmm... yes. I just tried it and got the same thing. Indeed a little strange. I see you have managed to store it locally, though it is also already there embedded in C:\ProgramData\Corel\Corel PaintShop Pro 2019\Languages\EN\Help.
