Corel Paint shop pro 2020 does not open

I made topic earlier also, but now this is starting to bug me off!

PLEASE COREL, fix this, i can adjust give you information what you need


my setup is win 7 64 bit. Have had many corel psps before.
When I changed 2020 to open editor as default always, it started to not open every second time, just process is open with < 20 mb of ram reserved.
have to kill it and open again.

Really not how any app should work in the year 2020 (1995 it was still ok)

Just so you don't feel alone, I too have this exact issue with PSP 2020 Ultimate. So far Corel has been of very little help, except to tell me to re-install and try again. I did that about a dozen times, in a dozen different ways. Then over the holidays they decided that because I hadn't responded to their request for my results (which in reality I sent to them every time they requested it), I got a message saying that since I was not responding that they closed my issue ticket. If I continue to have problems or needed assistance I could open another ticket.

I've gotten more, and better support from the forum admins and others here than from Corel. Too bad, so sad. Let me know if you have any better luck or find a solution. I will do the same.

Hi,
I had the same problem. I hadn't connected my external hard drive that contained the folder that should open when PSP started. After I reconnected the hard drive, I was able to open PSP again.
