Is anyone successfully using a jog dial or similar bit of kit with VS?
So far I’ve tried the Contour Design Shuttle Pro V2 which looks like it should be a great bit of kit but I simply cannot make the jog dial to scroll through either the timeline or any other edit modes.
I also have a Logitech Craft keyboard but again the dial doesn’t seem to enable scrolling of footage.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Are you sure that Contour Design Shuttle Pro V2 is Win 10 compatible, the product specs stop at Win 8

It seems to work fine with other applications just not VS.RobertOZ wrote:Are you sure that Contour Design Shuttle Pro V2 is Win 10 compatible, the product specs stop at Win 8

Re: Jog Dial Recommendations?
The last version of VS listed as compatible is VSX5,so that would be 32 bit, we are now up to VS2019, 6 versions later, I would think that some major updates to the Contour software would be required to make it compatible with current VS versions
See if the latest Shuttle Settings can help you, you may be able to manipulate some of the settings

I do one project a year but it is a lot of heavy lifting. So fed up with all the issues in VS I think next year I’ll go for another program.
