Pictureshow 4: burns video but no sound

Hey Folks,
I just purchased the pictureshow 4 (upgrade) and when i but a show to DVD it burns the video but no audio file is created. i installed this on a second pc to see what happened but same thing. i import audio to the slideshow but undet the AUDIO_TS folder there isnt anything there...

any suggestions?

i have installed the program a seocnd time...

i downloaded the Ulead burning pack aswell...and installed...

I installed new codecs (ACE MEGA codec pack 6.3)

I have rebooted...rebooted ...rebooted...

and now im stuck!!!!

If anyone can help...that would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried updating your soundcard driver? Your captured files must have been corrupted together with its audio. Try also check your connections on your audio input. Refer to your device manual as well. ^_^
