Videostudio 2019 Smart Proxy issue?

Videostudio 2019 Smart Proxy issue?
When i would watch the video playback in the time line or even edit the clip, the clip would lag horribly. I reached out to corels tech support and they told me to delete the temp files and do a clean up of the program, which in fact did work and fix the video lag. Now i have another issue, attached is a picture of smart proxy icon(assuming thats what it is) that appears on my videos in the time line. Before it never showed up until recently. Also, when i save a project and open it at a later time i notice that some of the clips that i put in my project are missing, have been shifted or simply do not play. Any idea's on how to go about fixing this?
