I know this is an older thread but is there an updated version of Gif animator 5 or an equivalent program?
I needed to use mine yesterday and it wouldn't save the gif file. It was only two pictures fishing alternately.

have not used Gif Animator for a lot of years, I had to install version 3, could not find 5 on my system
That saved a gif with no problems

You should try re-installing to see if that fixes things.
It could of course be a windows 11 issue as I am still running W10

I note that you are using VS X9
Later versions of VS from 2021 support Mov Alpha channels allowing us to support transparent video. I guess similar to animated gif.
If you use this type of video then you should try running the trial version or 2023 to test the Alpha channels

Thank you for that excellent reply.
Unfortunately I've decided that this will probably be my last Corel product I purchase so I may have to try something else.
Cheers
