I just recently installed 2020 both versions. There were no problems in installing and it seemed to work ok. Now it does not start. I tried several times and I just get the opening screen for a few seconds, but after that nothing happens.
In Task manager I see Paintshop Pro for a few secondsabout as long as the opening screen is visible, but after that there is no mention of Corel or PSP in any of the tabs.
Whwn trying to install the Update 1, it doesn't install. There just a message that PSP is already running even if I try to install the update just after restarting the computer.
My computer is running the latest version of Windows 10.
THere are no problems in using 2019 Ultimate.

Problem solved, but real reason unknown. I opened PSP 2020 immediatelly after starting the computer and it started without problems. After that I opened it several times without any problems. Doesn't matter if I restart it or open first time after starting the computer. Does not need to be the first programme I open.
