Is MultiCam_Capture_1.2.5.489 upgrade compatible with windows 10, Microsoft compatibility troubleshooter is telling me NO.
I have uninstalled VSU 2021 3 times and when I do this it uninstalls MultiCam as well.

Re: Problem in Multicam Capture upgrade
I have just tried opening MCCL, starts with a "performance check"
Does not complete, simply disappears
So far I am unable to run MCCL on 2021 or 2020
I'll try re-installing
I have to say it is the first time that MCCL has failed to launch, very odd
But yes the program is compatible with Windows 10, although I do not have the Upgrade version.

Ok I have run the MCCL installer and chose to repair, now the program runs
I have version 1.2.7.654
Which seems strange that your version is 1.2.5………

When I said re-install MCCL I did not intend you to remove VS 2021
From Program and Features we can remove MCCL only
Then install again from the programs downloaded files here….Your downloaded files….. 64bit\Ultimate\Setup\RunTime
You will find the MultiCam Capture Lite.exe installation file.

Re: Problem in Multicam Capture upgrade
Just to be totally clear, Programs and Features is found in Control Panel... That being said, Trevor, I can't find MCCL as a separate program there, either under Corel, Multicam or MCCL. So I am wondering where you have it. I can certainly find it an open it in VS. And It is in the Win 10 menu under Multicam. But not in Control Panel.

Re: Problem in Multicam Capture upgrade
Ken
I did have problems in running MCCL, just would not launch.
Certainly MCCL did show in Program and Feature and did show the red / white thumbnail.
I use P&F to remove the program but although that appeared to complete ok MCCL was still installed. No Errors, tried a few times to uninstall.
I then ran the MCCL installer again that gave an option to “repair”.
Now I have MCCL working.
And now I do not see MCCL on P&F
Hmmmm
Now if you look at the Start list for MCCL, right click the option for Uninstall, that opens P&F which should show MCCL to uninstall, except it is not there.
Something wrong here…
I may have to re-install Video Studio to check this out again.
Then it could be 2020 or 2019 with a version collision.

Re: Problem in Multicam Capture upgrade
Ken, I have re-installed Video Studio and now I see MCCL in Program & Features.
I recall reporting this as bug 0632 a while ago now.
