Missing proxy file

After i defrag my sata hdd, alot of files in the proxy folder had missing, my hdd in the good health condition, CVS 2018
Anybody got this problem before ?

How do you see the problem? Any other changes than defrag? And just in case, the folder is there but it is empty? The location has not been changed? Have you tried to recreate the files?
