I fully understand how to create custom paths in VideoStudio, and I've made about a half dozen; but I'm lazy.

I used to use Swish Max to make all my "special" paths. Very easy because there were dozens of paths and effects that were already part of the program. Export as an mp4, and voila'. No more since Swish Max has bitten the dust.
