Smart download “Cannot get URL from push file (2010783)”

When I try to download with smart download I get this error “Cannot get URL from push file (2010783)”

Also can not get new urls for download.

When I try to apply a frame that must downloaded the program freeze, normally u must get a massage, from smart download.


Please help.

The server that "Smart Download" used to connect is not working properly. You have to download and install the components manually from the Ulead website. You can find these files here:

http://www.ulead.com/pi/esd.htm

*The download links found there are for version 10. There are links there on where you can find component downloads for other versions of PI as well.
