IE, Worth me now buying..aware nothing is bug-free really..but worth going the extra few quid for 2019 ? from 2018.
I wont be doing anything special than I did with 2018...but perhaps..2019...slightly better now....may find less problems with videos stuttering...and before you say it...I KNOW I KNOW..its the PC...( maybe )

Well if it is your PC then changing the software is not gonna improve things.
“if it ain't broke, don't fix it” so if 2018 is doing all you need then stay there.
The cost of course is tempting, I’m sure many use the program with no problems, others that do come here looking for a fix / help.
I live in hope that Corel will provide a Service Pack to address the silent closures that seem to be plaguing a lot of users.
As for Stuttering playback, as for advice given on your other post, try using Smart Proxy
