Video Studio 2019 - Google Security Won't Allow Upload

Post by chetah »

I try to sign in to Google with my GMail email address and password to upload directly from VSU 2019 and I get the following message from Google: "Couldn't sign you in" -- "You are trying to sign in from a browser or app that doesn't allow us to keep your account secure. Try using a different browser."

I'm running Win7 Pro with IE11 installed and even though Google Chrome is my default browser, VSU 2019 opens up the YouTube login page in IE11.

Is there a workaround for this?

First render your video in a YT compatible video format and then upload to YT in a browser using https://www.youtube.com/upload

Hi cheetah
and welcome to the forums

I had problems signing into YouTube a few days ago, Clearing my browser of cookies and cache files then allowed me to sign in, worth a try

Like tletter I feel its easier to upload through my browser directly to my YT account.
Then again through the program is a feature and should work.
