Yes, I have Quicktime, but to my knowledge Quicktime doesn't interact with Videostudio x19. Please advise. I am looking to add some video to an existing project in x10. The video is .mov files and cannot impost it into my library without an error saying that its a mismatched format. What is your advise? Thank you. SORRY I PREVIOUSLY INDICATED I WAS WORKING IN X19, I AM WORKING IN X10. MY MISTAKE.

I did more research about your question and this is what I found: the format is: Apple PRORES, 422, 1440x1080 millions. But I don't know what that means in relationship to my importing it into x10. It doesn't look like it's compatible based on this information (see below copy). However I had this video in my project before I moved the project to a new computer, which is the problem I am having now...Thanks for your help...

Section 1: Importing .MOV files

Below is a list of the video codecs with the accompanying audio codec used in Quicktime .MOV files that were tested and import into Studio 12.1 and higher.

Note: These video/audio codec combinations are paired together. It is not a "mix and match" system, meaning that the audio codec listed next to the video codec is for a single file type.

Video Codec + Audio Codec Import Combinations

Video Audio
AVC1 MP4A
MPG4 MP4A
MPG4 uLaw
MJPG PCM
MJPG uLaw
H264 MP4A (Aiptek)
