hi,
since I installed psp2020, it does not save my keyboard assignments, like all other versions before.
when I remove "Shift+V" from new level, to assign it to paste as picture, and close PSP2020 and restart it,
the keyboard assignments are back to default.
I tried everything, reinstalled PSP2020... used the cleanup utility... nothing helps

Same here after 2020 update1 installed. I've no choice but to revert to 20.0.0.132

After a bit of testing assigning a keyboard shortcut sticks up to PSP 2019.
With PSP 2020 when you have assigned the keyboard shortcuts, you must then save your customised workspace and after starting PSP 2020 anew you must reload that customised workspace to have your customised shortcut keys working. This is either a new "feature" like the terrible change to the crop tool or a bug.

Had PS3, PSP3; Installed: PSP-4.12, 5.03, 6.02, 7.04 (liked it a lot & used it for years), 8.00, XI, x4.3.0.3, x6.2.0.20, x7.4.0.11, x8.3.0.13, x9.2.0.7; now using PSPx10 (PSP 2018; version 20.2.0.1 x64) on Win 10-64 b2004.

PSP2020 shortcuts
A very serious problem for me: PSP2020 Ultimate does not keep the keyboard shortcuts I configured. 
While the program is open, shortcuts work, but if I close and reopen, the shortcuts no longer work. I've tried it all the way, saved Workspace of 2020, reseted and also uninstalled and reinstalled the program without success. 
The PSP2020 is being completely useless to me, as I've been used to shortcuts for a long time. I bought, installed and can not use, I returned to PSP2019, with my shortcuts set up once and always working.
I already looked for updates, there is only one update, but when I try to run I get the information that my program is updated and the installation closes.
Any help will be most welcome!
