Video Studio 2019 turn off in the middle of preview

Hello.
Just check with anyone who might have the same problem. I upgrade VS 2019 not long ago and try to assemble my first project. After I import all the media item to the time line and try to preview the result, at a certain point( a photo ), it stuck for a second or 2. The VS automatically shut off without giving any error prompt. I reopen the app and went to the same spot and check the photo but found no abnormality. I even replaced the photo with another but VS still stop there. If anyone experience the same problem and was able to resolve the issue or any idea on what could cause this problem.

I have exactly the same problem. A recent purchase and so far I have been unable to use it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Preview always fails in same place. I had no problem with this project in Studio x10.
I have searched web for solution. Nothing yet. If I resolve it I will post solution here.

The error is the same each time but it may be a different module. I have had MFC110.dll and NTDLL.dll.

Thanks for your information. Where is the event viewer ? I opened a ticket with Corel but so far their reply are minimal . I encounter another problem. Every time When I load a few media (photo or video), an error prompt pop up saying my files are corrupted and cannot be loaded. If then I save my project and then reload the same media, the files will be accepted into the timeline or library. I wonder I missed some switch and some cache went full and give me this error. Did you encounter this problem.

Are you running X9 per your profile?

Where is the event viewer ?

My CVS 2018 also like that, edit long videos project, we never know when it will crash, some time several hours running without problem, but some time it occur in munite. ...

I contact Corel support for this problem. They keep asking stupid questions until I gave up and go back to use X10. Thanks for your sharing messages.
