Need to download to reinstall

Post by Webkikr »

Good morning everyone,

I've sent emails through to customer service a few times over the last month, and oddly, I haven't heard a peep back.

Earlier this year on May 4, 2019, I purchased a bundle from Corel, installed everything, and I was happy as can be. A little over a month ago, my laptop was having wireless issues, and I had to take it in for the adapter to be replaced. For some reason, they wiped my hard drive. As you can imagine, that came to quite a shock.

So I need to re-install all my products, but I don't have the installers, and the email from Cleverbridge won't allow me to download any longer.

Does anyone know where I can download the installers for:

PaintShop Pro 2019 Ultimate
Photo editing software & bonus collection

PSP2019_Ult.exe
PSP2019_AfterShot3.exe
PSP2019_PainterEssentials6.exe
PSP2019_PhotoMirage_EP.exe
PSP2019_Corel_CreativeCollection.exe
PSP2019_Athentech_PerfectlyClear.exe
PSP2019_PicToPainting.exe

Film and Filter Effects Script Bundle
Multi-purpose photo effects

FilmAndFilterEffectsScriptBundle.exe

If required I can provide my order# and any other details of the transaction. I still have my emails with the serial numbers, so the installers is all I need.

Thank you very much and I hope everyone is having a wonderful Thanksgiving.

You could try this:

.
I have read somewhere on this forum about an old versions page where you can redownload the older versions, perhaps the person who posted may post again.

Otherwise PSP 2019 is now an older version and for about $30 you can get the latest version

Always have a backup of your downloaded installation files.
I have backups of my C drive through a cloning process, AND also separate backups of all programs that I have downloaded in separate location. Think ahead, you had a computer crash / repair that wiped your drive (BTW the company that did that repair also did the wrong thing in not cloning your drive before they attempted to fix your wireless connection).
You could also have your computer stolen , drop your laptop in water or many other problems that cause loss. I repeat
Always have Backups.

Here's another tip... buy an extra hard drive and restore your cloned image to it then see if you can boot from it. So far I've tried MS's "Recovery Drive" option (which starts their "recovery media creator") and EaseUS's Partition Master Pro, and while they both say they successfully created the clone (I used a 16GB USB for the Recovery Drive option), neither will actually boot and allow access to the saved data. Trying Clonezilla next.

Also, if you have network attached storage (NAS), ensure its interface doesn't depend on SAMBA, because Win10 will no longer talk to SMB devices over the network.

I have used both software (HD Clone ) and hardware (Astone dual caddy) and found both to work, however the software is speed limited and to get faster copying you have to pay for a higher version . The hardware method has always worked successfully and in a shorter time (about 3 hours for a 1 Tb C drive. ). So when i need to back up my C drive (usually bi monthly) I turn off the computer, remove the C drive , place in the source slot of the Astone dual caddy, place an equal sized blank hard drive in the Target slot. pres the button to start copy and then go to bed or head out for an afternoon trip and when I get back copying is all done. Label the copy with date and return the C drive to the computer and all set to go again.

I believe the Astone is now no longer available but you can look for a similar solution. Here is a link to some details on the device.

Thanks for the reply.

I have backups for most of my files. It appears Macrium Reflect stopped working, or had issues with upgrades and won't restore my image. It says they are damaged.

This is why I require the installers again.

Thanks everyone for the replies.

Corel answered my emails and re-enabled my downloads through Cleverbridge, and I've already backed them up to a separate drive.

I don't see a place where I can mark my issue as closed, but since I'm new and a moderator needs to approve all my messages, I'll leave that up to them.
