Converting NTSC and PAL

Does Video Studio 8 have a way of converting NTSC to PAL and visa versa? I have looked and can't find it. If not, can anyone suggest an alternative way to do so? Thanks.

That's easy. Drop the video into an empty project, and then select Share -> Create Video File, and choose the output format of your choice.
