Sorry if this is not in the correct spot as I'm new to this forum and frustrated so was hoping that someone here may have some advice. I have been getting a major run around via customer support for 7 days now which imo is unacceptable. I purchased the additional "ultimate black friday bundle" for PSP2020 which was supposed to include hundreds of brushes, templates, scripts, backgrounds, etc. Im unable to locate any of these extras which I believe is due to Corel not sending an install exe similar to their creative content exe that you get with PSP2020. I have been back n forth with a rep via email but this person just keeps trying to get me to "look in my spam folder", "check that my paths are pointing correctly" etc all of which have been done multiple times. The email prior to the last asked me to "provide him or her with what the bundle was supposed to include" (Really? They are not aware of their own product or offerings?), so I provided screen shots which I luckily saved. Today's email was, "please provide me with more information on the bundle"?? Frustrated, I called the support telephone number and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor to which I was rudely told no way.
Reason for this post was to see if anyone else had any luck with contacting anyone above these front line CSR's to try to get an issue escalated? They have my money, I have no resolution to get what I paid for, and they have a basic "uncaring" attitude so any help would be appreciated.

Re: Customer Service Question - PSP2020 Ultimate Black Frida
I've moved your post to the PSP forum, as you are more likely to get an answer there.
In addition, one of the sticky posts at the top of the PSP forum is about the extra brushes pack. You may want to look at that: viewtopic.php?p=346572#p346572

Actually saw another post for a similar problem which helped point me in the direction that I needed to fix my issue. Thank you for these forums as customer service on Corels end leaves allot to be desired.

Corel has two customer service options. One is by phone and the reports we get are uniformly bad. They seem to do better with written complaints. I recommend you file your problem in writing.tuntav2001 wrote:Actually saw another post for a similar problem which helped point me in the direction that I needed to fix my issue. More often than not, posting on the Corel Facebook page will get a more rapid and often more accurate response too!

The forum is not official Corel. But what you said is very true.Ken Berry wrote:More often than not, posting on the Corel Facebook page will get a more rapid and often more accurate response too!![]()

Re: Customer Service Question - PSP2020 Ultimate Black Frida
I was with a customer agent earlier today. I purchased the Ultimate Black Friday Bundle, the $99.99 one. I was using chat so when we could not discuss with understanding what was not happening, the customer rep. did one of those remote option things. They were not understanding what all came with that super deal (well would be if it worked lol). They thought it was just the main programs with that deal. Said I was not suppose to have brushes, scripts, ect.. So after commandeering my computer they saw all the stuff I was supposed to have and proceeded to download all kinds of stuff. Yea the same things I tried. Well some errored out, and some "loaded properly". well except that the downloaded brushes and scripts were no where to be found. They checked everywhere. So what was "downloading" was not being installed like it said it was. So they said would escalate it. Was hours ago. Still waiting lol.

Re: Customer Service Question - PSP2020 Ultimate Black Frida
Well I was messing around with this again today. Nothing was being added to psp 2020 Ultimate. So was thinking hmm what if I reinstall 2019 and try to load the add-ons to that. Interesting mix. I had maybe 1/2 to 3/4 of the scripts that showed up, but not all. All that did show could be installed. They installed fine. The 2020 was updated from the 2019. But like I said not all scripts showed up to be installed. How ever the brushes and tubes did not install for either the psp 2019 or the psp 2020. So at least have a lot of the scripts loaded now. Of hand I would have to say PSP 2020 Ultimate is crippled in that I cannot install items I have paid for. PSP 2019 is better but still not working correctly. Of course now that I am thinking about that I did not install the updates to the PSP 2019. Maybe that had something to do with it? Might get around in the next day or two and see f I can update the 2019, and then maybe the brushes will install.
