I have a 12x12 photo that I've tried to split into four 6x6 quadrants. I'm a real newbie to Photoshop, but I did find how I can show a grid over the photo, and how to crop from there. However, I seem to have to "guess" if I'm lining up the grid marks equally. When I printed out the 4 quadrants to reassemble on my project, they don't quite line up.

First, I am going to assume that you mean that you are using PaintShop Pro X4 (a Corel program) as shown in your profile, and not a version of Photoshop (an Adobe program) as you called it in your post.
