Hey, I've been using PSP since it was originally owned by Jasc and still use my old version 9 on occasion depending on my needs. Usually using PSPX9 now and have bought the X10 upgrade (yet to install it though).
One reason that I still use the old version 9 is I do color restorations sometimes on old black and white photos. There is command under the Adjust / Color Balance drop menu called Black and White Points. (See Image 1) and I find it VERY us useful for this purpose and I can adjust my grey tones to a specified color tone (See Image 2).
I recently thought that I'd save myself a step and use my PSPX9, but this command doesn't seem to exist any more. Anyone know if it's still there and I'm just missing it, and if so how can I run that command now?
Thank you.

Make sure you are in Complete workspace mode (right-click on an empty area of the workspace).
Then...
-> View
-> Customize
-> Commands tab
-> Unused Commands
-> Black and White Points (drag it in a toolbar)
In PSP, you have Black and White points in other tools too:
-> Adjust / White Balance / Advanced Options / Smart Select
-> Adjust / Brightness and Contrast / Levels
-> Adjust / Brightness and Contrast / Curves
