I do a lot of travelling and I make books with my pictures. But when I add text to pictures I want a font that resembles a font associated with the country. So rather than scrolling through all the fonts I would like to see an index that is in country name order. Once I chose a country I would like to see a list of fonts that closely resembles the font that we may associate with that country.

Had PS3, PSP3; Installed: PSP-4.12, 5.03, 6.02, 7.04 (liked it a lot & used it for years), 8.00, XI, x4.3.0.3, x6.2.0.20, x7.4.0.11, x8.3.0.13, x9.2.0.7; now using PSPx10 (PSP 2018; version 20.2.0.1 x64) on Win 10-64 b2004.

Not possible inside PSP.
You need to use an external editor and fonts displayed in PSP will follow those editor's choices.
Try FontExpert, FontViewer, FontRunner, NexusFont, FontBase or TheFontThing:

Can you give examples of fonts that you associate with a country? I find it difficult to associate any font with a particular country - like Arial - which country do you associate that with?
Surely it is the fill that would suggest a country eg use country icons.
