Cutting and pasting into image

Hi
Im in a triel period still, but I hope you can help me.
I wanne cut pices of an image in to another but the cutting tools does not work. Im trying the "auto selection" but it doesent "se" any shape.

I have a white picture with a blue line. first I wanne change the color or make it a solid black or white line.

Then I wanne cut the blue line and place it into the blue picture.

I have more pictures with blue lines i wanne cut into the blue picture. The lines are what I have drawn to copy my arcade that Im building.

What I wanne do in the end is to do a shape in the blue picture that looks exakty like my arcqade Im building so that I can make the design that I want to fit the arcade.
I dont know if this is the rigth way to go?

How do I ad straight lines? I wanna conect lines i the pictures ( I have more pictuers with lines to ad)?

Are you at all familiar with the tools available in PSP? Have you checked out all of the menu items in the program? Have you read the PDF manual and/or the Help files? For example, There are two main methods of rotating images, one using the Pick Tool and the other using the Image>Rotate menu item, and these are explained in the manual and Help files.

Do you want to work in Raster or Vector mode?
It seems you have all the materials to paint (paint tubes, painter's canvas, brushes) and you ask us how to reproduce the Mona Lisa.
It is difficult to explain if you don't learn the basics.

I suggest you try also CorelDraw (Student and Home Edition) which is more suited to your task (drawing).
