Hi All,
Was curious what the best settings/filters should be used to turn a regular portrait into something that looks computer-generated (ie. to make it look like Polar Express faces, as an example)?
Any thoughts?

You could try Adjust>Add Remove Noise>Edge Preserving Smooth at 30, then repeat until you get the smoothing you want.

And don't forget you can repeat an action using Control Y
