No - there is no upgrade available for pro to ultimate in any version - but you can get a special price to upgrade to a higher version in Ultimate - although whether you would want VS2019 even in Ultimate is debatable quite a few people have problems with it

Corel does appear to sell VS X10.5 Ultimate (https://store.videostudiopro.com/1184/p ... 1573234765) but it doesn't seem to offer inexpensive upgrades between different flavours of a particular version.
