Where is the forum/user Control Panel?

Where is the forum/user Control Panel?
I had to register again. I read the FAQ's and it said the "Control panel" is located at the top of the forum but, I don't see it. I want to check my Profile to view my Login info. Where is it?

We had an email regarding a member called Old_Friend, would this be you?
If yes it would appear that you have attempted to change your password which failed.
We can fix any issues you are having with your profile / password to retain your original account
If you e-mail contactcorelwebboard@corel.com we can reply to you with the new password
Restore your old account and delete this one
It is best to have the one account and not have a duplicate.

And your user control panel can be found at the top of the forum - as shown here
and changing your password can be easily done here after you select the top of the forum link

Hi. Thank you for the replies. After I re-registered (today) and was 'activated,' I couldn't find the Control Panel. But, 5 or 10 minutes later, it finally showed up!
lata, yes... I was a member for years under the name "Old_Friend." Due to computer problems, I couldn't log back in for a long while. I appreciate your offer to let me get my original account back again. This time, I'll have a new e-mail address. The older one (*******@yahoo....) is no longer valid. It might take me a day or so before I'm ready to use the link you provided.

There is no problems for me to change your e-mail address to the one used by the Gold-Retriever account *******@att.net
I can also provide you with a new password, if you have any particular password in mind, can you PM me with those details.
Otherwise I can provide a temporary password which you can change to a more meaningful one.
The last attempt by you to change the password failed as your @yahoo.com address is no longer valid
To update your old account we will first have to close the new account.
Can I have your permission to restore your Old_Friend account
This is of course our preferred course of action
Once done I will send you an e-mail to *******@att.net containing your new log-in details
