2 error messages on my machine

I am trying to burn a picture show and i get 2 messages the first being

Working folder may not have enough space. Do you want to clean the cache files to get more space? Y or N

I click yes and i then get this message

The required hard disk space is still larger than the free space. Do you wish to continue? Y or N

I click yes and it sometimes start to bur and ends at 71%

or It comes up saying having trouble convertin file

Can someone please help

You have to make sure you have enough hard disk space for your project. A dvd usually has a size of 4.7 GB. So aside from the project files, you'll need allowance of the same size for the temporary files it will render.

The temporary files and project files are usually saved in the Working Folder. If you have more than one hard drives or partition, you can change and assign this to the one with the larger free space. You can change the working folder from the Preferences. You can press the [F6] key to go to Preferences.

You may also try to contact Ulead's Tech Support regarding your burning problem as this may have a fix already. Some users have the same problem as yours at 71% burning. ^_^

I have contacted support but he do not answer me within a week. Im in Australia. Does that make a difference. Has anyone else been able to resolve this
