psp 2020 selecion bugs

I just upgraderd tot psp 2020, v. 22.1.0.43 x64

and first time using this, the selection paste (ctrl - e) was really buggy and did not draw it real time.
Today when I used it showed this bug
I had merged this layer before from 2 layers, but seems like somehow there still was misinformation in the merged layer left...

but as you can see from the video, this image only has 1 layer when the sudden black area appears so it's a bug.

I tried to reproduce the behavior with the same image size as you and same settings.
I cannot see what you show in your video. So, perhaps something you did before and not visible in the video may produce this behavior.
If you can reproduce the defect on demand (give us the exact steps to reproduce it), it is a bug. If not, Corel cannot correct it.
