But i want DVD Structure Like That assume that their are three movies in dvd

Create every DVD Title Seprately with VOB Files

The different DVD structures that you see are video's that are MPEG2 compliant but NOT the same properties.
One video file of 720x480 will create the first structure.
Another video of 704x480 will create a new set of VOB's.
(Both formats are mpeg2 dvd compliant videos).
VOB's are containers for mpeg2 files that have the same attributes.
If there are different mpeg2 files on the dvd they will have their own set of VOB containers.
Look at a commercial dvd and you will see many VOB structures because of the different mpeg2 files. Previews/Aspect Ratios/Frame_Size etc.
