Hi, I'm a new member. I have to ask for help. I installed on my new desktop Corel 11 from DVD in my possession but this fails to import external files, when I do and place the file on the work area Corel closes itself. I tried with a new version (Corel 12) thinking that the application was too old but the problem was not solved.

Hi Antonio and welcome to the forum. It would help if you specified which Corel product you are having an issue with so we can move to the appropriate forum. Paint Shop Pro? Video Studio?

You said you installed Corel 11 from DVD. And where did you get Corel 12? I mean, if it was a (*whisper*) pirate software, maybe it was broken
