Tutorials "forbidden"

Anybody else have a problem trying to access the video tutorials for videostudio?? I've tried from VideoStudio program, learning center - anywhere I could try. I've tried with IE, Chrome, Firefox. Always forbidden.

I just entered that address into my browser (Chrome) and the tutorials came up with no problem. I also looked up the 403 error and found there could be a number of reasons for it. You might, for instance, want to read https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/wha ... -to-fix-it -- though I hasten to add that since I have never had this problem in using a variety of computers over many years, I can't vouch for any of the solutions offered.

I was in that site yesterday, accessed via the Corel.com home page, learning tab. I did note that you use win 7, and the forum admins who have responded both use win 10
But to be sure, since I also use win 7, I copied your title bar address into firefox v70.0 and got to the same place OK.

Cannot explain why the site is rejecting your access request - that's what it is, a rejection - so I recommend reading the notes both the admins have supplied. Presumably you have attempted to get to other websites successfully at the same time your Corel request was refused?

If this "430 Forbidden" error persists then I'd suggest asking Corel directly by submitting a support ticket (https://support.corel.com/hc/en-us/requests/new).
