Hi
I just discovered, that since the last investigation of Corel support-team on my computer, the VS X7 stopped to work. I still have troubles with VS2018 that was the problem what the support tried to fix - without any positive result.
The X7 folder is still available on the main SSD and seems every component is there I just cannot open it. The setup file is also there but will delete all elder components. ( starts the reinstall process).
My problem is that after the VS2018 upgrade the BR burning SW is missing what was working perfect on the VS X7.
Is there any solution to get back the already purchased components of X7?
