Bit of miscellaneous observation and trivia.
How many versions of PSP do not include a camera in their splash screen - 2020 and 2018. Cannot check X1, X, Jasc9, 7, 6, or earlier.
How many versions of PSP include males and how many include females. Do any have both?
Yeah I have too much time on my hands. :D

Think I will download patch/update directly from Corel's site for 2020 Ultimate. Mine is from Humble Bundle also and I don't have patience for uninstalls/reinstalls.

The point is, though, that with the Humble Bundle download, if you use their link, you get version 22.1.0.44 directly without having to apply the update patch provided by Radim or on the Corel site. Future patches, perhaps, but not this one...

After getting the Humle Bundle and installing PSP 2020 Ultimate I downloaded the update and installed. I now have version 22.1.0.43 rather than 44 - still Ulimate though.

See date of installer release. If it is Oct 8th or Oct 9th, 2019. As stated in 1st post.

Updated today and, so far, not a problem. Saved the workspace but, unlike previous versions, didn't need to load the saved file. All is well. So far.

This is my (Ultimate) update:

Hi Guys
The GM or original release version was 22.0.0.132
This version requires the Service Patch which takes the version to 22.1.0.34.
If you download the files again using the original Web Installer aka Stub from Corel will download and install the latest version as 22.1.0.43 so no Service Patch would be required.
Purchases for the Ultimate PSP from Humble Bundle appears to have a number 22.1.0.44
It was confirmed by Eric Lin below, that this version is identical to 22.1.0.43

From Eric
“22.1.0.44
This is the patch1 updated version of Ultimate PSP indeed.
However ...... actually the number should not be the same as PSP pro (22.1.0.43)
There's no difference but only the installed source version.
Sorry for the confusion.
If you really care about this number difference, you could un-install the 22.1.0.44 version ==> execute the install file of PSP ultimate version; the build number then would be the same.
The fix/ enhance content is all the same between 22.1.0.44 and 22.1.0.43.”

So I spoke too soon, I don't see how to set this option and it's off by default, still works the way it always has. Plus I had the keyboard shortcut set to D because that was the shortcut for the Raster Deform tool, and now that is taken by Smart Clone. I changed Smart Clone to something else, put the D back to the Pick tool, and it only works once. The next time I press D, I get the Smart Clone tool again and all my changes are gone. I can get it back by reloading my workspace but it still doesn't stay.

So, it works in PSP 2020 or not?

Something more: icon on properties bar (Switch to Bitmap mode/Switch to Vector mode) is after mouse click changed and stay the same even after clicked again. It does not change at all anymore. Seems like bug. It is correct again only if PSP 2020 is restarted.

It doesn't work in my 2020; I still need to be careful while using the tool to avoid moving the wrong layer. I see no option to change it either.

This thread is confusing. I bought the Humble Bundle package but haven't done anything with it yet. Can I save some work by going strait to an update somehow?
What do you guys recommend I do?

After 2020 update 1, keyboard shortcut key customization does not works for me anymore.
Dunno it' just my case. but, I had to revert to 22.0.0.132

You just have to go reset them again. Mine also were reset to default.
