Re: Same as First Video Clip - Greyed out. VS2019
Having just done a project using MCE, this discussions seems to have gotten off the track. or maybe I'm just missing something. In summary, the issue basically seemed to be joining/editing 2 MCE output files, with a side complaint of huge file size.
So, MCE (multi-Camera editor) is about synchronising imagery and audio from several cameras (different angles: face, side, top views et al) of the same subject/event (an interview?) and selecting which image stream will be applied, and for how long, to the output. The result is single video stream with synchonised audio which can be "saved as" an xml file (useless!!), but also saved to VS main as a project file by pressing the OK button at the bottom of the MCE panel. MCE is not meant for editing - it's purpose is to generate a single video stream that can be used by VS proper. You can insert transitions in MCE, but it's always the same one, but that's it. Any editing you may want to do is done in VS main.
The MCE project file presents in VS as a library icon that can be dragged into the timeline and resolves into the various video and audio tracks needed. So there is no reason why you cannot do that a 2nd time with your other MCE sequence, get it to the main library and then drag both MCE vsp files to the timeline area sequentially, edit the results in the normal way (transitions, added object/image, background music, voiceover if needed etc.)
As to file size - video is intrinsically large, higher the resolution, the larger the file size for any given recording duration. So if you want a lower file size in the end product for any reason, then change the render settings (eg, output as an mpg file in-lieu of mp4 will reduce the size by about 70%) in the share panel to produce that end result.

Update
What I missed . . assumed that multi camera referred to the multi camera editor panel within VS rather than the Corel program that can be used with 2019 and is supposed to control screen captures of multiple cameras. A lite version of it is part of 2019 and replaced the magical LSC screen capture that VS used for years. And the lite version is junk, see this link
