Interesting news. I have been umming and ahing as to whether to buy v7 - mainly procrastinating because it seemed due for an upgrade. And here it is

I installed it yesterday. I'm very impressed so far. I've not experienced any problems with it except with the Bitrate Analyzer, which seems to hang consistently.
I used to use Mediastudio alot (I still have the box and manuals on my shelf), but switched to other tools that seemed to work better. I might well come back to MS8.
