Hello!
Thanks in advance for any help. I have Video Studio 2019 failing to launch (Splash screen stays up forever) almost always.
"APLoading MFC Application" is there in Task Manager, but it never concludes
I can kill it with task manager and try again, which usually works, but wondering if there is anything I can do about it.

I have totally given up with 2019 and gone back to 2018 which is more stable. You could try reinstalling it and hope . Don't bother with the Corel Helpdesk, I had similar problems when I first installed it. The initial response was very quick and appeared helpful, sending them crash and audit reports, but then they contacted me to say that they couldn't contact me (yes, you did read that correctly), and they therefore assumed my problem had been solved and they were closing the call.
After a couple of weeks however the programme settled down and began to run reasonably until I was stupid enough to think that I could use Mercalli AND transitions in the same project. So now I've gone back to version 2018 and will never buy another version again.
