PaintShop Pro 2020 Loading Image
I've used Paintshop when it was Jasc but the loading image of a woman on a floating chair with lightbulbs for PaintShop Pro 2020 creeps me out!!
Is there someway I can block / change this image? It bruises my soul right before I must be creative.
Anyone else thinks this image is creepy?

Splash screen checked? Complete workspace > Menu > File > Preferences > General Program Preferences... > [dialog] Miscellaneous > [checkbox] Show splash screen when application starts? Uncheck the box?

You may change the image. But it needs a few manipulations. See on the French forum:tihzho wrote: Is there someway I can block / change this image?

Very interesting. And I also note that this page has a link to another page with instructions on how to change the PSP workspace colors.Jean-Luc wrote:You may change the image. But it needs a few manipulations. See on the French forum:tihzho wrote: Is there someway I can block / change this image?

I'll ask again: is this the splash image you are talking about?

Re: PaintShop Pro 2020 Loading Image
My PSP 2020 certainly contains a sub-folder named "Pro", and small, medium and large versions of the splash screen image. I'm not sure what jorgensen means by "changing" it. But since I rather like that image, I have left it alone...

Re: PaintShop Pro 2020 Loading Image
Yes, it would be nice to have more details on exactly how he @Jorgensen changed it. The images in the Pro sub-folders are PNG images with some transparency in parts of the images. So, for example, did he replace those images with images that also had that transparency or simply with PNG images without any transparency?Ken Berry wrote:My PSP 2020 certainly contains a sub-folder named "Pro", and small, medium and large versions of the splash screen image. Re: PaintShop Pro 2020 Loading Image
I simply made a new PNG image of the same size and name for both the large and medium images and it worked very well. I renamed the originals with OLD added to the name.JoeB wrote:Yes, it would be nice to have more details on exactly how he @Jorgensen changed it.
