Sometimes when people register, they don't see their post immediately, so they register again with a slightly different username. So can you check the email you received to see if it refers to your successful username (onlymarilyn) or to another username, or did it go to a different email address to the one you have attached to your username here? I've checked with our outward emails and don't immediately see anything using "onlymarilyn"...

I received a notice that I had a response to this message and it was sent to my onlymarilyn email so I assume since this site notified me that I had a response that you have the right email address for onlymarilyn.
I don't come here often and I have been very very ill so that is why I have not responded to this message before now. I am thinking maybe I should just unjoin and then rejoin or something, or just ignore the messages that I haven't posted until you kick me out.

I have only one email address for you, which is the one you registered with and which you would have received the notice of a reply on. The last mass zero posts email was sent on 8 September, and I assume that is the one you received. But if so, I am mystified as to how and why it went to you. I have just checked all the addressees of that email once again and quite carefully, and it did not contain your registered email address.
I have, however, found that in late July this year, you registered again with the username "Marilyn" and the same email address. So that explains why you received that 'zero posts' email -- though it doesn't explain why I can't find that email!
Anyway, I have now deleted that account, leaving your existing "onlymarilyn' account -- which you are currently using -- intact. So hopefully you will now not receive any further warning emails from us!
